Re: England (Away)
Mouse would you consider moving Mustard to f/b, I'd be very nervous of linebreaks and Mulqueen

I have the lineup set up for Crowe at FB. He's got 14 kicking and soon to have 19 defence. O Dinegan would be a very pacy FB if we need him for a RUSH defence?
Are we going to try and win penalties or play the territory game and aggressive.
Attack tactics set for 28/8/23/41

I'd crank up that P&G to 37 or 38! with Mullins, Heaslip, MacConville and MacNeilly we could cause them serious problems.
Re: England (Away)
im still undecided on how to call the defence - and feel you've been judging aggression pretty well, if you want to go aggressive for it I wouldn't arguemouseonfire wrote:

umm...I want no part in those ...putting much on expansive is no good to us imo, as I've said before i'm convinced we need to use about 45% creative and 38% p&g - and if you want to try a bit of kicking i'd consider 40+% p&g necessary

Ya I'd be with Clamps here, the closest we got to England was that WNWIM game where we spammed P&G and creative
Re: England (Away)
other thing is, England will probably be 1sts on normal, do we need to go to tnt?

Re: England (Away)
better yep, knew you couldn't say no to her
kinda worried the kicking is too high - that's not even to mention that the Scotland game was an oddly low kicking return - imagine this one went oddly high!

Re: England (Away)
sounds a bit safer yep
I think the ME calls on a percentage chance of what is used according to how tactics are set independently each time, so setting 50% of something has an outside chance of being used 100% of the time or 0% of the time, but for each play it still has a 50% chance of being used

Re: England (Away)
wing still hasn't been on either, was only on for about 15 mins yesterday as well....
I reckon he's cocky enough to not have even considered TNT, and if we face normal intensity i'm fairly confident.

Re: England (Away)
So far we have kicked possession away quiet a bit, hopefully that'll change as the game unfolds.
Re: England (Away)
Good luck mouse and co I hope we can get a win against the English and Munster manage a win then I'd be happy.

Re: England (Away)
it isn't looking good, aggressive and the kicking game really hasn't worked out so far, the bastards even managed to turn us over as we ploughed towards the line so the slow grind with P&G isn't working, bloody disaster of a first half
