Spain (Away) & England (Away) Wide_g10

Their outside backs are crap, we'll be targeting them with an expansive game coupled with PnG and some creative. Aggressive and low kicking for a high possession, quick ball game. Tall forwards in case we get pushed out with expansive.

I'm handing over the reigns of the NT team to a 2-3 managers for the end of season friendlies, I've got my leaving cert starting next Wednesday (which was part of the reason I'm so late with this) already I have Amleto and Clampett (and possibly one other) but if you would like to have a go at managing the NT team for 1/2 games during the close season then PM me.

Wing has been pretty careful about managing his energy this season. I get the impression he's been targetting the match on sunday.

I hope he plays normal, I really really do, but why on earth would he - we're getting a full energy monster squad on tnt - and once again I am saying to raise the amount of PNG we play even further, we can deny them possession, and if he repeats the png back at us, we'll win on penalties again even at aggr v aggr
spam png spam creative ...don't see any other option if we want the title..

we need to win the lineouts battle

Yep got it, the one consolation is there top winger Coffey is injured.

These are the tactics I'm thinking:

Spain (Away) & England (Away) Drivin10

We'll try and retain possesion in this one. We'll have a heavy pack and we'll probably be better than there pack.

I'd throw away the expansive, split it onto driving (7 or Cool and creative (2 or 3)

Spain (Away) & England (Away) Edge10

What a great way to decide this season's EU.1, they have a clear edge, but this is not unwinnable.

It came down to a coin toss to decide our season, doesn't get much closer than that.

nope, we were a bit further behind when I posted that - was expecting to come off better on penalties, if we had we'd done enough in the lineout - 2 3 penalties extra thrown our way should have swung the scores around a bit

Unlucky but once again we need to realise that England are operating with an old squad so give it another season or 2 and we will be the top dogs.
